Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used beauty products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at realpricesllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at realpricesllc@gmail.com.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
